Throughout the year the Trinity family gathers to worship on special “holy” days!
On Christmas Eve we gather for two worship services. At 7:00 p.m. we feature our Children’s choir (the H.I.P.P.I.E.S.) and our Youth Group in a family-centered service. The 10:00 p.m. service is a traditional Lessons and Carols service featuring our own Trinity Choir and Handbell Choir. This service ends with the lighting of candles and the singing of “Silent Night.”
During the Lenten season we participate in many community-wide services. The Wadsworth Ministerial Association presents Lenten Lunches at noon on the Wednesdays during Lent. Recently we have also been pairing with a couple of other churches to offer a Wednesday evening meal and study experience. Trinity Church offers a Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter “Son”rise service during Holy Week each year.
At other times of the year we offer specially focused worship services as we celebrate God’s love for us when we gather to worship. These services include:
- Two special programs a year presented by the H.I.P.P.I.E.S. (Christmas Pageant and Spring Play)
- Youth Sunday
- Graduation Sunday
- Ash Wednesday Service
- New Member Sunday
- Picnic Sunday
- Homecoming Sunday
- All Saint’s Service (to honor members/relatives we have lost in the previous year)
We are a people of the font and the table. Because Jesus asked us to remember him when we gather, it is the practice of Trinity Church to offer the service of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.
